Do your caravans come with a warranty?

All of our caravans now come with a 12-month nation-wide warranty for complete peace of mind (unless otherwise stated).

Can I extend my warranty?

Yes, certainly. If you would like to upgrade your warranty to a 24- or 36-month policy these can be purchased directly from us at the point of sale. Please contact us for further information and up to date pricing.

Are the caravans serviced prior to sale?

All of our premium range caravans have a full service carried out by our National Caravan Council's Approved Workshop prior to sale. This includes a mechanical service, an electrical and gas safety check and a comprehensive damp inspection.

Do you offer part exchange?

Yes, we can offer part exchange on all of our caravans at competitive prices. Usually, we can beat the larger dealers due to working on much smaller margins and having lower overheads.

Do you offer finance?

We have teamed up with Pegasus Finance who are the UK industry leaders in leisure vehicle finance. A broker who has access to a large panel of lenders across the market and will certainly be able to assist and advise accordingly.

Can you deliver?

Yes, we deliver nationwide. Please contact us for a free quote for our fully insured delivery service.

Do you sell spare parts and accessories?

Yes, we stock a range of both new and pre-owned parts and accessories and can source non-stock items for most manufacturers promptly.

Can you service my caravan, camper van or motorhome?

Yes, it is worth noting that as an Approved Workshop, we are able to service any caravan or motorhome that still carries a manufacturer’s warranty. The National Caravan Council’s Approved Workshop scheme ensures that customers will receive a comprehensive and detailed service report on the condition of theircaravan, campervan or motorhome with recommendations and advise on any further work we feel may be necessary.

Do you carry out water ingress/ damp repairs?

We can carry out all types of repairs to all makes and models of caravans from minor same day repairs to full strip outs and structural damp work if required.

Are you able to carry out insurance or warranty work?

Yes, we are approved repairers for both MB&G and The Motoring Organisation (TMO). As well as being service partners for ALDE, AL-KO, Dometic, Thetford, Truma and Whale. We also have an insurance approved body shop on hand for any accident damage that may require body or paint work and we will deal with your insurance company on your behalf if required.

Do you buy caravans or motorhomes?

We are always looking for new stock. We can provide you with a free no obligation quote on your tourer, camper van or motorhome. We also buy damp and damaged caravans and insurance write offs for spares.
